Milestones Pediatric Physical Therapy provides expert in-home & community-based physical & occupational therapy services.  

Milestones Pediatric Physical Therapy accepts Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan. Milestones Pediatric Physical Therapy is out-of-network with all other insurances; however, a superbill will be provided for your convenience, to be submitted directly to the insurer for possible reimbursement, based on individual plan benefits. 

HSA/FSA plans:

Our practice also accepts HSA & FSA plans. If your plan doesn't cover rehabilitation or if you have a high deductible plan, our services are eligible for reimbursement with Flexible Spending Accounts & Health Savings Accounts

Private Pay:
